Ingredients
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
120 ml Alcohol, Beer
-
60 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
60 ml Soy sauce, shoyu, less salt
-
30 ml Juice, lemon
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
0.25 teaspoons Ginger, fresh
-
1.2 kg Meat, chicken, wings
Steps
-
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place it in a large bowl and mix it with beer, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and ground ginger. Clean the chicken wings, wash them, and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Add them to the bowl with the marinade and mix well with your hands to ensure the marinade coats all pieces. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a deep baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated wings in the dish (discard any excess marinade). Place the dish in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Halfway through cooking, turn the wings over to ensure they are evenly roasted on both sides.
