Ingredients

100 g Blackberries, fresh

200 g Red currant, fresh

200 g Blueberry, raw

1 piece Orange, fresh

1 spoon Marmalade, orange

Place a large bowl in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to thoroughly chill. Meanwhile, wash the bio-orange, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. Grate the orange zest. Thoroughly wash the berries and clean them as needed.

In the bowl, add raspberry jam, berries, orange zest, and juice, then blend everything together with an electric mixer into a thick puree. Scoop the sherbet into cups and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with washed mint leaves and fresh berries.
