Wash the tomato and lettuce, then dry them with a paper towel. Peel the red onion, soak it in cold water, and wipe it dry. Slice the tomato and onion into rings, and tear the lettuce into smaller pieces.

Cut the sesame bread into slices. Place lettuce leaves on one slice, add rings of red onion on top, followed by tomato rings. Layer two or three slices of chicken breast, cheese, and the remaining lettuce on the tomato. Cover with another slice of bread and press the sandwich together to make it more stable. Serve immediately or wrap it in aluminum foil and save it for later.
