150 g Fish, squid

3 pinch Salt, table

2 spoons Tomato, concentrate

Steps

Place a large pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. You can also add a clove of garlic to the water.

Rinse and dry the shrimp and squid rings with a paper towel. Finely chop the peeled garlic and parsley. Pour olive oil into a pan and sauté the shrimp. Add the squid rings, salt, and garlic, and quickly sauté everything together. Add tomato concentrate, mix well, and pour in water. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, then add parsley, mix, and remove from heat.

Drain the cooked spaghetti well and serve on plates. Top with the shrimp and squid in the sauce. Optionally, decorate the plate with fresh herbs (parsley, dill) and serve the dish.

Advice
Optionally, sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese. Instead of tomato concentrate, you can finely chop fresh tomatoes and simmer them with the shrimp for 20 minutes.
