Advice
If you want a moister batter, add a little milk, rum, or more eggs to the mixture. Instead of white chocolate chips, which are more expensive, you can use regular white chocolate in the same amount. Instead of pecans, you can use regular walnuts, hazelnuts, or other nuts. Raisins are also not forbidden. If you add nuts to the brownie batter, the best are roasted coarsely ground nuts. Store brownies in well-sealed plastic containers, as they can dry out in the fridge and lose their true flavor. They can last in the pantry for 4 to 6 months. If you want to make low brownies, use a classic black low baking pan; if you want to bake brownies with volume, use a deep metal or glass baking dish. Line the baking pan with parchment paper before baking – it will save you time on cleaning. Let the baked brownies rest briefly on the pan to cool slightly, and only then cut them. To enhance the flavor, drizzle chocolate glaze (sweet sin) or some homemade jam over the brownies. For a romantic evening, you can cut the brownies into heart shapes and decorate them with red rose petals or use flowers as a bed to place the brownies on.
