Crush the garlic with the side of a knife, peel it, and finely chop it. Grate the cheese. In a large bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheese. Cover the bowl with the dip and store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Clean the green onions, wash them, and cut them into sticks of any length and width. Before serving the dip, transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with the green onions.
