Ingredients
-
300 g Blueberry, raw
-
pieces Oil, plant, coconut
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
100 g Coconut, flakes
-
3 spoons Flaxseed
-
2 spoons Honey
-
0.5 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 handful Nuts, almonds
-
125 ml Sweet cream
Steps
-
Place the frozen blueberries in a medium-sized deep baking dish and put it in the oven. Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius. Let the blueberries slowly thaw as the oven heats up.
-
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut flour, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla powder using a hand whisk.
-
Open the oven and check if the blueberries have thawed. If they have, add the coconut oil and mix it with the blueberries. If the blueberries are not yet thawed, wait a few more minutes.
-
Take the baking dish with the thawed blueberries out of the oven and pour the prepared egg mixture into it. Mix everything well. Sprinkle almond flakes on top of the mixture. Bake the dessert in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
-
Let the baked dessert cool in the baking dish for at least 20 minutes. While it cools, whip the cream. Once cooled, cut the dessert into pieces of your desired size, serve on plates, garnish with whipped cream, and enjoy.
