Blueberry Crumble
The preparation of this dessert is extremely simple, almost childishly easy, so dont look for reasons not to make it at least once. Serve it while its still slightly warm, and its best with a scoop of good vanilla or yogurt ice cream.

Ingredients
-
1 spoon Butter, unsalted
-
3 spoons Koruzni škrob
-
600 g Blueberry, raw
-
2 spoons Sugar, brown
-
1 bag Sugar, white
-
2.5 spoons Juice, lemon
maslene drobtine
-
70 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
80 g Sugar, brown
-
30 g Oat bran, raw
-
3 spoons Walnuts
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Position the oven rack in the middle. Sort through the blueberries, rinse them quickly under running water if necessary, and drain them well.
-
Grease a small square or rectangular baking dish well with butter and sprinkle two tablespoons of cornstarch on the bottom. Place the blueberries in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with one tablespoon of cornstarch, two tablespoons of brown sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well with a spoon, then transfer them to the baking dish, pour over the lemon juice, and spread evenly across the bottom.
-
In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, nuts, and salt. Sprinkle the dry mixture with cold butter cut into pieces and quickly rub it into the dry ingredients with your fingers until a crumbly mixture forms. Sprinkle the butter crumbs over the blueberries, then place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes to allow the crumbs to bake until crispy.
-
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let the prepared dessert cool slightly. Serve it warm on plates with a scoop of ice cream, Greek yogurt, cold whipped cream, or custard.

Advice
You can optionally add a bit of ground cinnamon to the dry mixture for the butter crumbs. Instead of fresh blueberries, you can use frozen ones (or substitute them with some other fresh or frozen fruit).
