Blueberry Jam Without Sugar

Ingredients

2 kg Blueberry, raw

6 teaspoon Gelatin powder, unsweetened

5 dl Syrup, diet

3 spoons Juice, lemon

Sort the blueberries, wash them thoroughly, and place them in a larger pot, which we place on the stove. Add agar-agar, agave syrup, lemon juice, and slowly bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.

Cook over moderate heat for a maximum of 10 minutes or until the blueberries are completely softened. Then prepare clean jars (0.2 l) and pour the prepared jam into them. Fill them as much as possible to the top and immediately seal the jars tightly.

Wait about 30 minutes for the jam to cool completely, then store it in the refrigerator, where it should remain until opened.

Advice
If the foam that forms during cooking bothers us, we remove it with a skimmer. I recommend using smaller jars because the jam is without preservatives and must be stored in the refrigerator after opening and used as soon as possible. The amount of ingredients is enough to prepare 2.5 liters of jam. If anything spills on the rim of the jar while filling, wipe it thoroughly with a damp cloth immediately. Such residues can quickly attract harmful bacteria.
