100 g Butter, unsalted

250 g Flour, Whole wheat

2 teaspoons Baking powder

2 piece Egg, fresh

200 ml Milk, whole milk

125 g Sugar, white

1 spoon Juice, apple

100 g Cranberries, dried

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and let it cool. In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk, butter, sugar, and apple juice. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place paper liners in the muffin tin. Pour the flour into the egg mixture and quickly but thoroughly mix everything together. Finally, gently fold in the blueberries. Fill the muffin cups two-thirds full with the prepared batter. Place the muffins in the oven and bake on the middle rack for exactly 20 minutes.

The muffins should be golden brown. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and take the muffins out of the cups. Let them cool completely on a wire rack, then serve and enjoy.
