Blueberry Tiramisu in a Glass
You might stumble upon the fact that this is not a real tiramisu, so you can name the dessert differently yourself. However, it is a fact that the preparation of classic tiramisu with various fruit additions and minor ingredient substitutions has become a real hit in recent years, and we are following this trend as well. Thats why we present you with a recipe for a divine blueberry tiramisu, where instead of coffee, we use lemon syrup to soak the biscuits. The result is a refreshing and light dessert with only one drawback: one glass will probably not be enough.

Ingredients
Blueberry sauce
-
1 cup Blueberry, raw
-
pieces Sugar, white
-
60 ml Water
Cream
-
120 ml Sweet cream
-
50 g Sugar, white
-
120 g Cheese, creamy
Lemon syrup
-
2 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
120 ml Water
-
pieces Breadcrumbs, dried
-
pieces Blueberry, raw
Steps
-
First, prepare the blueberry sauce. In a pot, add blueberries, sugar, and about 60 ml of water. Place it on the stove and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook until the fruit breaks down and the sauce thickens slightly (about 5 minutes). Let the sauce cool to room temperature.
-
To prepare the lemon syrup, place a pot with lemon juice, grated zest, sugar, and water on the stove. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil. Once all the sugar has dissolved, remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup cool to room temperature.
-
Whip the sweet cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone and gently mix until a slightly firmer and uniform cream forms. Keep the cream in the refrigerator until ready to use.
-
Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, add the biscuits soaked in lemon syrup to the glasses. Use only enough biscuits to cover the bottom of the glasses, breaking them into smaller pieces if necessary. Using a spoon, layer the blueberry sauce and mascarpone cream on top of the biscuits. Continue layering until the glasses are filled. The final layer should be the blueberry sauce.
-
Chill the dessert well before serving. Garnish with fresh blueberries, and you can also add fresh herbs and edible flowers.
