Ingredients
-
500 g Bread, wheat
-
300 g Meat, pork, smoked loin
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
120 g Cheese, edamame
-
4 pieces Egg, fresh
-
400 ml Milk, whole milk
-
100 g Sour cream
-
pieces Salt, table
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Cut the bread and smoked meat into pieces. Rinse the parsley under running water, shake it dry, and chop it roughly.
-
Beat the eggs and mix them with milk and sour cream. Season the mixture with pepper and salt to taste.
-
In a large bowl, add the chopped bread, meat, chopped parsley, and grated cheese. Mix the ingredients well, then pour the egg mixture over them. Stir everything thoroughly and let it sit for a while so the bread soaks up the liquid (10-15 minutes).
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a deep baking dish with butter, then transfer the bread mixture into it. Bake the pudding in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
