1 handful Arugula

Pour olive oil into a larger pan and heat it. Cut the French loaf into three parts and then horizontally slice each part into two halves. Arrange the bread pieces in the pan (with the cut side down) and quickly toast them. Be careful not to burn the bread! Place two toasted bread pieces on a plate.

Drain the mozzarella and tear it into smaller pieces, then place them on the bread pieces. Wash the watercress and arugula, dry them well, and spread them over the mozzarella. Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them into wedges. Arrange the wedges on the bread rolls and serve them on the table.

Advice
You can also spread homemade fresh cheese on the bread rolls. Place the prepared fresh cheese in a bowl, salt it (if not already done), and mix in a tablespoon of butter. Mix well until the cheese becomes creamy and spreadable, then spread it on the toasted bread. Watercress can be replaced with young spinach leaves.
