Ingredients
-
1 piece Bread, whole grain
-
150 g Cheese, creamy
-
100 g Sour cream
-
1.5 teaspoons Mustard
-
2 piece Egg, hard-boiled
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
5 pieces Cucumbers, sour
-
120 g Ham, pressed
-
80 g Cheese, edamame
Steps
-
Cut the baguette lengthwise on one side and open it up. Remove the center (use it for another dish or discard). Peel the boiled eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Wash and clean the bell pepper (remove the stem and seeds). Dice the egg whites, cucumbers, bell pepper, ham, and cheese into small pieces.
-
In a bowl, combine cream cheese with sour cream, egg yolks, and mustard. Mix until you get a smooth, creamy mixture. Then, fold in the cucumbers, bell pepper, ham, egg whites, and cheese. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
-
Fill the hollowed-out baguette with the prepared filling and close it. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
-
Slice the chilled baguette into 1 to 1.5 cm thick slices, arrange them on a plate or platter, and serve.
