Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, turkey, breasts
-
130 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
100 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
6 twig Parsley, fresh
-
150 g Cheese, edamame
-
4 pinch Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
First, thoroughly wash the fillets and dry them with kitchen towels, then cover them with transparent foil and pound them well on both sides to make them as thin as possible. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the parsley and bell pepper. Remove the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely, remove the seeds and stems from the bell pepper, then cut it into very small cubes. Cut the cheese into slices.
-
Arrange the fillets on a clean work surface. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each fillet, sprinkle with the bell pepper pieces and parsley, then cover with another slice of cheese. Fold each fillet in half and lightly pound the edges to secure them (you can also secure the folded fillets with toothpicks).
-
Crack the eggs into a deep plate and beat them well with a fork. Place the flour on another plate and the breadcrumbs on a third plate. Coat the fillets first in flour on both sides, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs. Then dip the prepared fillets again in the remaining egg mixture and coat them in breadcrumbs once more.
-
Place a deep frying pan on the stove and heat it well, then heat the oil in it. Be careful not to let the oil start smoking! Place two breaded fillets at a time into the hot oil and fry them for two to three minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown.
-
Place the fried fillets on paper towels to drain the excess fat. Serve the fried fillets on plates with a chosen salad and side dish.

Advice
Fry in a large amount of fat. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The frying fat is hot enough if small bubbles form around a wooden spoon handle.
