Bresaola with Arugula

200 g Meat, beef, dried beef

100 g Arugula

60 g Cheese, Parmesan, hard

0.5 dl Oil, olive

15 ml Juice, lemon

Clean the arugula, wash it, and dry it well. Arrange the thinly sliced bresaola on a large serving plate. Spread the slices so that the plate is completely covered. Top them with the dried arugula. Grate Parmesan cheese over the dish. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
