Broccoli and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients

4 cup Pasta, Macaroni

4 pieces Bell pepper, yellow, fresh

500 g Broccoli, fresh

1 bag Cheese, mozzarella

5 pieces Tomato, red

1 spoon Parsley, fresh

4 spoon Lemon, fresh, without shell

4 spoon Oil, olive

2 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps

Rinse the broccoli well and cut it into smaller florets. Pour water into a pot, add the broccoli, salt, and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, cook over moderate heat for another 15 minutes. When the broccoli softens, drain it and let it cool.

Drain the mozzarella. Rinse the bell pepper and tomato, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and dice it. Remove the green part from the tomato and slice it. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, add the tomato, bell pepper, and mozzarella. Season with salt and mix everything with your hands. Finally, add the broccoli and mix it into the salad.

Rinse the parsley, shake it dry, and finely chop it, then sprinkle it over the salad. Season the salad to taste with lemon juice and olive oil.

Advice
