Broccoli Bake
An excellent dish for moments when you crave something meatless but dont feel like spending a lot of time cooking. The oven will do most of the work, giving you plenty of time to prepare a salad. We recommend a tomato salad.

500 g Broccoli, fresh

200 g Sour cream

100 g Cheese, Cheddar

4 pieces Egg, fresh

150 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

0.5 teaspoons Baking powder

2 spoons Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Clean the broccoli, wash it, and cut it into smaller pieces (florets). Cook the broccoli pieces in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, then quickly cool them in cold water, drain, and finely chop.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and mix them with flour and baking powder. Add the sour cream and cheese mixture to the egg mixture, then gently fold in the chopped broccoli.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the prepared mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top. Place the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 45 minutes. The bake is ready when the mixture rises and turns golden brown on top.
