Ingredients
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
-
800 g Broccoli, fresh
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
3 dl Milk, whole milk
-
1 dl Sweet cream
-
0.25 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
60 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

Steps
-
Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove. While waiting for the water to boil, clean the broccoli, rinse it, and divide it into florets of roughly equal size. Add the florets to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Then drain the broccoli and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a deep baking dish well with butter and place the well-drained broccoli florets inside. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a hand whisk and mix them with milk, cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in 2/3 of the grated Parmesan cheese into the egg mixture. Pour the egg, cream, milk, and Parmesan mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and grated mozzarella on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
