Broccoli with Bacon and Almonds

700 g Okra, sprouts, fresh

1 spoon Oil, olive

4 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon

1.5 handful Nuts, almonds

0.5 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Steps

Clean and wash the broccoli. Bring water to a boil in a pot, lightly salt it. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain the broccoli and let it cool.

Coarsely chop the almonds, cut the bacon into pieces. Halve the larger broccoli florets, leave the smaller ones whole. Finely grate the lemon zest.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the broccoli, lemon zest, and almonds, stir and fry until the broccoli is nicely browned. Season to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper, and lemon juice.
