250 ml Sweet cream

1 spoon Powdered sugar

5 spoon Alcohol, Coffee liqueur

250 g Pudding, vanilla

pieces Breadcrumbs, dried

50 g Nuts, hazelnuts

Pour well-chilled cream into a suitably sized bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until it begins to thicken. Add powdered sugar and a tablespoon of liqueur, and continue whipping until small white peaks form on the surface. Finely chop the roasted hazelnuts.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, add pieces of brownie to the glasses and drizzle them with liqueur. Then, alternately add pudding and whipped cream to the glasses by the spoonful. Once filled to the top, finish the dessert with a dollop of cream and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.
