250 g Butter, unsalted

250 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened

2 cl Alcohol, Rum

250 g Sugar, brown

10 g Sugar, white

180 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

5 pieces Egg, fresh

20 g Butter, unsalted
Steps

In a saucepan, melt the butter and cooking chocolate together to form a smooth mixture. Remove from heat, stir in rum, and let it cool slightly. In a larger bowl, mix brown sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and cocoa powder. Pour in the chocolate mixture and add the eggs. Mix everything well with a mixer to get a uniform and smooth batter.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan well with butter and pour in the chocolate batter. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let the baked brownies cool completely. Once cooled, cut them into squares and serve.

Advice
They can also be served with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. If you want the center to still be runny, bake the cake for less than 20 minutes so that the mixture under the crust is still liquid.
