250 g chocolate, dark

5 cl Alcohol, Rum

250 g Sugar, brown

10 g Powdered sugar

180 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

300 ml Sweet cream

300 ml Sweet cream, partially skimmed
Steps
- Crumble the baked brownies with your hands. Take glass bowls and sprinkle a thin layer of brownies at the bottom. In a bowl, whip the sweet cream and then mix in the mascarpone. Spread the mixture with a spoon over the brownies at the bottom of the bowls. Dust the cream with cocoa powder. Then add another layer of crumbled brownies, followed by a layer of sweet cream and mascarpone, and a sprinkle of cocoa, until the bowls are filled. Serve immediately.

Advice
Instead of mascarpone and sweet cream, you can use vanilla pudding. Mix a little butter into the vanilla pudding, and the taste is incredible!
