Steps

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Set aside and let cool slightly. In a larger bowl, mix brown sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and cocoa powder. Pour in the chocolate mixture and add four eggs. Mix everything well with a mixer until you get a uniform and smooth batter.
-
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a baking dish well with butter and pour in the chocolate batter. In a larger bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until you get a uniform creamy mixture. Use a whisk to mix in condensed milk, one egg, and vanilla extract. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chocolate layer in the baking dish.
-
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. In a small saucepan, melt milk chocolate and mix in milk. Once you have a not-too-runny mixture, drizzle and spread it over the baked brownies. Let the brownies cool completely. Once cooled, cut them into squares and serve.

Advice
Store brownies in well-sealed plastic containers, as they can dry out in the refrigerator and lose their true flavor. They can last in the fridge for 4 to 6 months. Line the baking dish with parchment paper before baking – it will save you cleaning time. Let the baked brownies rest briefly in the dish to cool slightly before cutting them. If adding nuts to the brownie batter, toasted coarsely ground nuts work best. To enhance the flavor, drizzle chocolate glaze (sweet sin) or homemade jam over the brownies.
