Ingredients
-
120 g chocolate, dark
-
120 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
130 g Sugar, white
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
-
90 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
0.25 teaspoons Salt, table
-
160 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened
-
0.5 spoons Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a 20 x 20 cm baking dish well with butter. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate. Cut (or break) the white chocolate into approximately 0.5 cm pieces.
-
Place a smaller pot on the stove and fill it with water up to 1/3 of its height. Place a heatproof bowl on top, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water in the pot. Add the dark chocolate pieces and butter to the bowl and melt them over the water bath. Once the butter and chocolate have melted, mix them well and remove the bowl from the heat.
-
In a bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until frothy. Beat them on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating at this speed for about 4 minutes, until the mixture thickens significantly.
-
Reduce the mixer speed and mix the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the egg mixture. While continuously mixing on low speed, gradually add the flour and salt. Once you have a smooth batter without lumps, stop mixing. Finally, fold in the white chocolate pieces with a spatula.
-
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula, smoothing the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges start to pull away from the dish and the center feels firm to the touch.
-
Remove the baking dish from the oven, place it on a cooling rack, and let the brownies cool completely. Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares of your desired size, place them on plates, and serve.

Advice
Instead of butter, you can use margarine or coconut oil. You can also add coarsely chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, etc.) if desired.
