Bruschetta with Mushrooms

Ingredients

500 g Bread, wheat

2 pod Garlic, fresh

2 piece Mushrooms, oyster

40 g Butter, unsalted

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

Steps

Turn on the oven and set it to the highest temperature. Cut the bread into 1 cm thick slices and arrange them in a shallow baking dish. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half. Clean the mushrooms, wipe them with a damp cloth, and slice them thinly lengthwise.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for about 4 minutes to toast the bread slices until crispy. On the stove, heat a pan and melt the butter. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté them on both sides. Season the mushrooms with pepper and salt to taste.

Rub the top side of the toasted bread slices with the halved garlic cloves (be careful not to burn yourself). Top the bread slices with the sautéed mushrooms. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil and serve the prepared appetizers immediately.

Advice
