Bruschetta with Smoked Salmon

500 g Bread, wheat

2 pod Garlic, fresh

200 g Fish, salmon, smoked

Turn on the oven and set it to the highest temperature. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half. Place the cheese spread in a small bowl and mix well with a spoon or fork.

Cut the bread into 2 cm thick slices and arrange them in a shallow baking dish. Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 4 minutes to toast the bread slices until crispy. Flip the slices halfway through.

Rub the top side of the bread slices with the cut sides of the garlic cloves (be careful not to burn yourself). Then drizzle the slices with a little olive oil and top with pieces of smoked salmon. Finally, add a bit of the cheese spread. Arrange the prepared bruschetta on a large plate or platter and serve immediately.
