Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Dressing
Brussels sprouts are a very healthy vegetable that should appear on our menu as often as possible during the winter months. If they haven’t impressed you yet, give this recipe a chance. This time, you won’t need to cook them, but simply slice them and quickly sauté them in olive oil. With the addition of garlic and a mustard dressing, you’ll create an excellent warm side dish that will simply amaze you. If you like, you can also add a bit of bacon or coarsely chopped nuts or almonds, which will add some crunch to the dish.

500 g Okra, sprouts, fresh

1 spoon Vinegar, apple

Steps

Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts. Slice them. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. In a small bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, mustard, and sugar well.

Place a deep pan on the heat and warm the oil. Add the sliced Brussels sprouts and sauté them, stirring, until they soften slightly and brown in some places. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes to let the garlic release its aroma.

Pour the mustard dressing over the Brussels sprouts. Mix well so that the dressing is evenly distributed. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste. Add 2-4 tablespoons of water and continue to sauté until the Brussels sprouts are tender and all the liquid has evaporated.
