Steps

First, prepare the pancake batter. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well, then mix them with milk, water, and salt. Add the flour and mix thoroughly to get a smooth batter without lumps. Let it rest for 20 minutes before cooking.
-
Rinse the beans under running water and let them drain. Slice the bell pepper and onion, and finely chop the parsley.
-
Cut the chicken breast into strips or pieces. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chicken and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper, and finally mix in the drained beans.
-
Transfer the sautéed ingredients to a bowl, add the chopped parsley and sliced onion. Add a little lemon juice and olive oil, and mix the ingredients well.
-
Place a pancake pan on the stove and heat it well. Stir the pancake batter thoroughly. Lightly grease the hot pan, then pour in enough batter to thinly cover the bottom. When the pancake is cooked on the bottom, flip it with a spatula and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancake on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until all the batter is used. Grease the pan with oil or butter as needed.
-
Serve the cooked pancakes with the filling at the table and let everyone fill their own pancakes.
