Steps

Cook the buckwheat žganci in boiling, lightly salted water.

Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice from all halves. Roughly chop the mint leaves. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, honey, lime juice, and chopped mint.

Distribute the cooked žganci on plates. Pour the sauce over the žganci as desired or serve it alongside the žganci.
