Buffalo Chicken Wings
The recipe for this dish was invented by Teressa Bellissimo. Late one Friday night in 1964, her son had gathered some of his friends. For the hungry youngsters, she prepared a snack in her small quick-service restaurant, Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, and thus Buffalo Chicken Wings were born.

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

1 cup Flour, Wheat, bread flour
Sauce

1.5 spoons Vinegar, apple

0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

2 pod Garlic, fresh

0.25 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

6 teaspoon Green chili sauce

6 spoon Butter, unsalted

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Wash the chicken wings, dry them, and cut them into two parts (the upper and front parts of the wings) to get 36 pieces. Place the pieces in a large bowl with a lid, add a good tablespoon of oil and salt, and mix well. Dust the pieces with flour, then cover the bowl with the lid and shake well so that the wings are evenly coated with flour. Prepare baking trays and grease them with the remaining oil. Take the wing pieces out of the bowl, shake off the excess flour, and place them on the greased baking trays. Do not place the pieces too close together; there should be enough space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then turn the wings over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Crush the garlic with the side of a knife, peel it, and finely chop it. While the wings are baking, mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small pot and heat it over medium heat until it boils. Stir occasionally. Remove the sauce from the heat.

Place the baked wing pieces in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over them and mix well so that the sauce is evenly distributed. Serve them with blue cheese dip and white bread.
