Ingredients
-
450 g Meat, beef, thigh
-
1 spoon Oil, sesame
marinada
-
80 ml Soy sauce, tamari
-
1 spoon Honey
-
3 pods Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 piece Onion, young
-
2 spoons Sesame seeds, roasted
-
1 teaspoon Spices, paprika
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Rinse the meat under running water and dry it. Slice it into very thin pieces (it will be easier to cut if slightly frozen beforehand). Peel and rinse the onion and garlic. Crush the garlic with a knife and finely chop it. Chop the onion, and slice the green onions into thin rings.
-
In a bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients, except for the meat and onion. Add the meat and chopped onion to the marinade and mix everything well with your hands so that the marinade coats the meat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours.
-
Heat a wok and add a tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the meat to the wok and cook evenly on both sides until it turns light brown. Transfer the cooked meat to a serving plate and mix with the green onions. Serve the dish.
