250 g Bulgur

Steps

Place a larger pot with 400 ml of salted water on the stove and wait for it to boil. Rinse the bulgur in a colander under running water, drain well, and transfer it to a separate bowl. Pour the boiling salted water over it and cover the bowl. Let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the grains to swell and soften.

Clean the carrots, wash them (peel if necessary), and coarsely grate them. Rinse the parsley under running water, shake it well, and roughly chop it. Clean the celery, wash it, and cut it into smaller pieces.

Add the vegetables and parsley to the bowl with the bulgur. Mix the ingredients well, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt to taste. Mix the salad once more. Serve the prepared salad in salad bowls and enjoy.
