Ingredients
-
1 cup Bulgur
-
3 pieces Orange, fresh
-
0.25 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
2 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Bring about 400 ml of salted water to a boil in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add the bulgur and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat, cover it, and let it sit for 15 minutes so the grains absorb the liquid and soften.
-
Peel the oranges, clean them, and cut them into small pieces. Drain the bulgur if necessary, transfer it to a bowl, and use a fork to break it into individual grains. Add the orange pieces and mix well. Wash the parsley, shake off the excess water, and finely chop it. Wash the cucumber, peel it, and cut it into small pieces.
-
Add the cucumber and parsley to the bowl with the bulgur. Season with salt to taste and mix well so the ingredients are evenly distributed. Serve the prepared salad.

Advice
Bulgur does not need to be cooked. You can simply pour boiling water over it, cover it, and let it sit for 30 to 40 minutes so the grains absorb the liquid and soften.
