225 g Powdered sugar

75 g Butter, unsalted

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

3 teaspoons Milk, partially skimmed

Sift the powdered sugar through a sieve into a larger bowl. Add softened butter, vanilla extract, and a teaspoon of milk. Mix the ingredients well with an electric mixer or whisk until you get a creamy mixture. Then add the remaining milk drop by drop while continuously mixing to achieve a smooth and fluffy mixture.

Advice
Instead of butter, you can also use margarine. The cream will be usable for up to 3 days if stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container. If you want to have different colors of cream, add a few drops of any food coloring to the mixture while mixing.
