Ingredients
-
1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
1 piece Cabbage, fresh
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
4 spoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
180 g Sour cream
-
200 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cumin, seeds
-
pieces Salt, table
-
1 handful Parsley, fresh
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps
-
Remove any damaged leaves from the cabbage, then wash it and cut out the core. Cut it into quarters and slice it thinly into strips or pieces with a knife.
-
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pot. Add the sliced cabbage, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer the cabbage over moderate heat for a while, stirring it several times. Once it softens, remove the pot from the heat and let the cabbage cool to lukewarm. Meanwhile, cut the meat into small pieces.
-
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, and flour until smooth. Add the chopped meat, cooled cabbage, spices, and chopped parsley, and mix the ingredients well with a spoon to form a thick mixture.
-
Grease a baking dish with oil or fat. Pour the prepared mixture into the dish and spread it evenly over the entire surface, smoothing the top nicely. Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes. If the top browns too quickly, cover the dish with aluminum foil.
