Ingredients

300 g Cabbage, fresh

150 g Carrot, fresh

4 twig Mint

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

1.5 spoons Vinegar, red wine

Steps

Clean the cabbage, wash it, and cut it into quarters. Remove the thick ends, then slice the cabbage thinly and place it in a large bowl. Clean the carrots, peel if necessary, wash them, and coarsely grate them. Add the grated carrots to the bowl with the cabbage. Wash and dry the mint sprigs. Tear the leaves off the sprigs and roughly chop them. Add the chopped mint to the bowl with the other ingredients.

In a smaller bowl, prepare the salad dressing using white wine vinegar, oil, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well until the salt dissolves. Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients in the bowl and mix everything together thoroughly.

Distribute the prepared salad onto salad plates or bowls and serve.
