Steps

Clean the cabbage, wash it, and cut it into quarters. Remove the thick stems, then slice the cabbage into thin strips. Clean the carrots, peel them, wash them, and slice or grate them. Wash the greens and slice them into thin strips.

Place the sliced vegetables, onion, and parsley in a large bowl and mix well. Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, and salt thoroughly. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix everything well. Store the prepared salad in the refrigerator for half an hour.
