Steps

Clean and wash the vegetables. Slice the cabbage into strips and coarsely grate the carrots. Peel and finely chop the garlic, rinse the parsley under running water, shake it well, and roughly chop it.

In a large bowl, add the chopped vegetables, garlic, and parsley. Mix in the yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Chill it well in the refrigerator before serving.
