Canapés with Baked Sausages, Cheese, and Bacon

500 g Frankfurter

100 g Cheese, edamame

200 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Make shallow cuts in the middle of the sausages and stuff the pockets with cheese. Then tightly wrap each sausage with a slice of bacon. If the slices are too large or long, cut them in half.

Arrange the bacon-wrapped sausages on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning them during baking so they brown evenly on all sides.

Cut the toast slices into smaller pieces. Drain the pickles well and slice them lengthwise into thinner pieces. Place two slices of pickle and one baked sausage on each piece of bread, securing them with toothpicks. Serve the prepared canapés on a nice plate or platter.
