-
1 kg Bread, whole grain
-
20 dag Meat, pork, smoked ham
-
150 g Tomato, red
-
100 g Cheese, creamy
-
150 g Salad, ice

1 piece Leek

20 dag Cheese, edamame

Steps
-
Wash the vegetables and dry them with a cloth. Halve the cherry tomatoes (remove the green stems), slice the leeks into rings, and separate the individual layers. Cut the cheese into square pieces, and tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces.
-
Slice the bread thinly and spread it with cheese spread. Layer the ham slices on the spread (be creative, don’t just lay them flat). Place a lettuce leaf on the ham, followed by the tomato halves, cheese, and leeks. Lightly salt and decorate by placing (or sticking) a few parsley leaves among the ingredients.

Advice
Instead of ham slices, you can also use other meats (but they should be thinly sliced). Instead of Edam cheese, you can use another type of cheese (e.g., smoked, goat cheese, etc.).
