Canapés with Mussels

Ingredients

300 g Fish, cockle

300 g Bread, wheat

100 g Sweet potato, peeled, fresh

100 g Tomato, red

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

10 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Wash the tomato and cucumber, then dry them with a cloth. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin, almost translucent slices (use a peeler for help), while dice the tomato into small cubes. Cut the lemon into thin, translucent rings.

Slice the bread into thin pieces and drizzle with olive oil. Place a slice of cucumber on top, then add a slice of lemon, followed by one mussel and a few cubes of tomato.

Garnish with parsley and arrange on a platter or plate. Optionally, drizzle a little lemon juice over the canapés.
