Ingredients

100 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

200 g Cheese, edamame

3 pieces Pear, fresh

40 g Salad, ice
Steps

Wash the pears, slice them, and remove the cores. Cut each pear into 8 wedges. Separate the lettuce into leaves, clean, and wash. Place a slice of Edam cheese on each slice of pancetta, add a few lettuce leaves in the center, and place a pear wedge on top. Roll everything into a cone shape and place on a serving plate.

Repeat the process until all ingredients are used. Serve.
