Canapés with Prosciutto and Cucumber

300 g Bread, wheat

100 g Meat, pork, smoked ham

100 g Tomato, red

20 dag Cheese, edamame

0.5 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

50 g Butter, unsalted
Steps

Wash the cucumber, dry it, and cut it in half. Slice one half into thin rounds and store the other half.

Slice the French baguette into thin pieces, spread with butter, and top with a cucumber round. Cut the cheese into as many cubes as there are slices of bread, and do the same with the tomato.

Roll the prosciutto into a cone, place it on the cucumber slice, and inside the cone, place a cube of cheese and a slice of tomato. Use parsley sprigs for decoration.

Serve on a platter or plate.

Advice
For decoration, you can also use basil leaves, a sprig of oregano… Instead of a cucumber slice, you can use a slice of cheese and place a cube of cucumber in the cone. Instead of Edam cheese, spice up the flavor with goat, sheep, or smoked cheese.
