300 g Fish, salmon, smoked

100 g Caviar, red and black

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

150 g Cheese, creamy
Steps

Cut the loaf into smaller slices and spread them with cheese spread. The cheese spread should not be evenly smoothed on the bread surface; instead, play a bit with the texture of the spread.

Cut the salmon fillets into smaller pieces.

Place either caviar or a small slice of salmon on top of the spread and garnish with parsley. Serve on a platter or plate.

Advice
