Canapés with Salmon and Olives

4 slice Fish, salmon, smoked

1 cup Olives, black, in brine

250 g Bread, wheat

3 twigs Parsley, fresh

Cut the French baguette into thin slices and arrange them on a plate or platter. Cut the salmon slices into smaller pieces. On each toothpick, first place a piece of salmon, then an olive, and finally another piece of salmon (see picture).

Insert each toothpick with salmon and olive into the bread. For decoration, use curly parsley leaves, which should be washed under running water beforehand. Serve the platter with canapés on the table.
