Candied Oranges with Chocolate

200 g Orange, fresh

400 g chocolate, dark

4 spoon Butter, unsalted

Cover a large work surface with baking paper, where you will place the chocolate rings. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a metal bowl along with the butter. Then, place a pot with about 1/3 of water on the stove. Place the bowl with the chocolate and butter on top of the pot and stir until the chocolate and butter melt and combine into a smooth glaze.

Then remove the pot from the heat and dip each orange ring halfway into the chocolate. Place the rings on the baking paper and let the chocolate set.

Store the chocolate-coated orange rings in decorative jars or boxes and give them as gifts.
