Ingredients

3 pieces Tomato, red

250 g Cheese, mozzarella

0.5 bouquet Basil, fresh

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 spoon Vinegar, balsamic

5 twig Thyme, raw

Steps

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cut out the green parts. Slice them into rounds. Drain the mozzarella and also slice it into rounds. Tear the basil into smaller pieces, and finely chop the oregano.

Serve all the ingredients on a plate and play with the colors. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices so that they overlap. Season the salad with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and three tablespoons of oil. Salt to taste, and finally sprinkle with torn basil and chopped oregano.
