Ingredients
Apples
-
1 piece Apple, fresh
-
2 spoons Water
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
Caramel sauce
-
1.5 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
70 g Sugar, brown
-
4 spoon Sweet cream
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Cookie base
-
0.5 cups Breadcrumbs, dried
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
Cream
-
100 g Cheese, creamy
-
4 spoon Sour cream
-
120 ml Sweet cream
-
2 spoons Powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
Steps
-
Grind the cookies and mix them with melted butter and sugar. Distribute the mixture evenly into the glasses in which you will serve the dessert, and press it firmly against the bottom using the back of a spoon.
-
Whip the sweet cream. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Once you have a smooth and uniform cream, gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula. Spread the prepared cream into the glasses and store them in the refrigerator. You can also pipe the cream into the glasses using a piping bag.
-
Peel the apple and cut it into pieces. Add the apple pieces, water, and cinnamon to a small saucepan with a thick bottom. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, allowing the apple pieces to soften slightly, but be careful not to overcook them. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
-
In the same saucepan used for the apples, add butter and brown sugar. Heat and stir until the butter melts. Then, pour in the sweet cream and add a pinch of salt. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and let cool to room temperature.
-
Once the apples and caramel sauce have cooled, take the glasses out of the refrigerator. First, layer the apples on top of the cream, then drizzle with a few spoonfuls of the caramel sauce. Serve the prepared dessert immediately.
