Ingredients

200 g Nuts, almonds

200 g Peanuts, roasted without oil, unsalted

150 g Nuts, Indian, roasted without oil, unsalted

70 g Honey

1 teaspoon Orange, shell
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the nuts. Add honey and orange zest, and mix all the ingredients well. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. During baking, stir the nuts a few times with a spatula. When the nuts are crispy and golden, remove the tray from the oven. Let the nuts cool completely. While cooling, stir them occasionally to prevent sticking.

Serve the cooled nuts in a bowl and enjoy.

Advice
